From ReadWriteWeb (tip via twitter): A new Twitter mashup called Twitlinks (Tweets for Busy Peeps) launched today, aggregating “the latest links posted to Twitter by tech industry pundits.” In other words, an aggregator for tweets posted as a form of micro-blogging. (One wonders if they will filter out @ replies? First glance suggests “maybe” as I see no @ signs.)
Twitlinks was created by Gary Brewer, who told us that one point of difference from Techmeme is that “as well as drawing links from the latest tech blogs, it also highlights some of the quirkier links these users post that would never see the light of day on sites such as techmeme.”
Crowdstatus is made up of crowds, each crowd contains people and each person in the crowd has a status. This means that you can see what everyones current status is in a crowd.
Crowdstatus could be used to monitor “real” friends at a glance or as a personal TwitLinks site.
